The SEAPRO team met up in lovely Lund March 16th-17th to share inspiring results about the future role of fermented seaweed as a new sustainable and healthy food ingredient. The meeting was held in the historic Old Bishop's House and included a tour of Aventure's impressive new facilities. We had a great time and we all look forward with much excitement to continuing this important work.
