Project meeting in Copenhagen and poster presentation in Grenaa

The SEAPRO consortium started off October with a 2 days project meeting at The University of Copenhagen. We got to see all the processing and sensorial test lab facilities, and even got to try some tasty prototypes of food products with fermented seaweed as an ingredient.

Later in October SEAPRO was represented at Nordic Seaweed Conference in Grenå, where we presented a poster with the latest project results.
