On May 23rd and 24th the SEAPRO consortium met in Frøya for discussing the latest results and the next steps for the project.
Hotell Frøya was the location for the meeting, where we could discuss seaweed while having a direct view of Seaweed Solutions’ seaweed farm.
The meeting also included a visit to the farm, as well as a visit to Hitramat, where the seaweed is processed.
During the harvest season, a 10 liter scale fermentation test was performed with freshly harvested seaweed. First results are currently being assessed.
